Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with our logistics team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
• Create and implement operational strategies to boost warehouse productivity.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for inventory and shipments.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in operations promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in warehousing

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
