• Support software installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
• Monitor system performance and report errors or issues.
• Document IT procedures and user guides for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and advancements.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support and administration

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Remote Support Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Customer Service

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a helpdesk environment: Prior experience in a busy IT helpdesk or support role.
