Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee pharmacy services and ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, compliance with regulations, and improving patient care through efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage pharmacy operations to comply with standards and regulations.
  • Supervise pharmacy staff and assess their performance.
  • Enhance service delivery by optimizing operational processes.
  • Ensure proper stock management and organize effective distribution.
  • Conduct training sessions to keep staff informed of new procedures and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to improve overall service delivery.
  • Oversee patient consultations and provide necessary consultations.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • MBA or related management qualification preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years in pharmacy operations or management roles
