In this role, you will work on a range of projects, focusing on improving efficiency and sustainability in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead chemical process design and modification efforts.
• Perform regular assessments of plant operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with environmental teams to uphold sustainability commitments.
• Develop training materials for staff regarding new chemical processes.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for process failures.
• Collaborate with product and market development teams.
• Design experiments to assess the feasibility of new products.
• Support the transition of products from R&D to production.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in chemical engineering practices.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
• PhD in Chemical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry
