Job Description

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities include site inspections, quality control, and ensuring compliance with regulations while managing a team of construction workers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the delivery of high-quality construction projects by managing teams effectively.
  • Conduct regular site checks to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and subcontractors for efficient project flow.
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Analyze construction methods and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high working standards.
  • Provide ongoing training to site personnel on safety and best practices.
  • Coordinate final inspections and assist with project handover.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in site management for civil projects
