Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of aerospace design, analysis, and manufacturing processes, contributing to innovative aviation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and development of aerospace systems and subsystems.
  • Perform stress analysis and thermal analysis of components.
  • Assist in the integration of electronic systems into aerospace vehicles.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Work alongside manufacturing teams to address design and production issues.
  • Evaluate proposals from suppliers and support procurement activities.
  • Participate in safety assessments and quality assurance processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide expertise in problem-solving.
  • Present findings and design reviews to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years relevant experience in aerospace engineering
