• Lead field research projects and coordinate data collection efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss research findings and implications.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals.
• Utilize GIS software to analyze spatial data.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns in fieldwork procedures.

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• PhD preferred
• Data Analysis Proficient in using statistical software for data analysis.
• GIS Software Experience using GIS tools for spatial data analysis.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting.
• Team Collaboration Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)
• Drone Pilot Certification
• English (Fluent)
