Job Description

The Hospitality Manager will oversee all operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and an exceptional experience. This role includes managing staff, budgets, and guest services to maintain our high standards in hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop operational policies that enhance efficiency.
  • Manage budgetary controls and financial performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services.
  • Implement marketing efforts to boost hotel visibility.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Hospitality is preferred

  • 5+ years in hospitality management with a proven track record
