Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Guest Services Manager to oversee our guest relations team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in hospitality management, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage the guest services team to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Create guest feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement changes as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on guest services performance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events.
  • Provide oversight during special events and functions.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management
Experience
  • 3+ years in guest or front office management
