Job Description

As a Social Worker with us, your role will encompass counseling, case management, and community outreach efforts. You will work directly with diverse populations, addressing their unique challenges and helping them navigate the complexities of social services.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients' needs and strengths.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate social work interventions.
• Advocate for social justice and client welfare in various settings.
• Conduct follow-ups and adjust service plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance to non-profit organizations in community initiatives.
• Participate in case reviews and contribute ideas for program improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach or social services
