We are seeking a passionate and innovative Interior Designer to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves creating and implementing design concepts for a variety of projects, from residential to commercial spaces. You will collaborate closely with clients and contractors to bring visions to life while ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors for residential and commercial spaces.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors for optimal project execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to client expectations.
• Provide insights on space optimization and interior solutions.
• Conduct research and source materials aligned with design objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Relevant certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a design-focused role

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with virtual reality design tools: Hands-on experience using VR tools for client presentations.
