Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner where you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care while providing guidance and support to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
  • Perform routine physicals, diagnostic tests, and screenings.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care.
  • Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing staff.
  • Stay updated on best practices in nursing and healthcare.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse certification required
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
