Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance through systematic inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic quality inspections of products.
• Keep detailed logs of inspection results and quality metrics.
• Support production by ensuring timely availability of quality materials.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Assist in developing documentation for compliance testing.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Contribute to team meetings focused on quality control outcomes.
• Monitor production outputs to identify variances from specifications.
• Provide feedback on procedural improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in quality control or manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality control

Technical Skills

• Data Entry Skills
• Inspection Techniques

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Process

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Quality Inspector Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality control processes: Knowledge of procedures and documentation necessary for quality assurance.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC): Ability to apply statistical methods to monitor and control production processes.
