Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions that meet client specifications.
• Lead design and construction meetings to ensure project progress.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for materials and construction.
• Assess environmental impact and implement eco-friendly design solutions.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design principles.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to visualize designs for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
