Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to lead diverse projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll work closely with stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Establish project scopes and define deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress.
• Identify and apply necessary resources to project tasks.
• Conduct project closure meetings and document lessons learned.
• Support teams in troubleshooting and project-related problem-solving.
• Ensure clients' expectations are met throughout the project.
• Promote team accountability and ownership of project tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years in managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• Risk Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
