• Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Building or Construction Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in construction roles

Technical Skills

• Estimating Costs
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Associate Constructor (AC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project: Experience in scheduling and project tracking using MS Project.
• Familiarity with Building Codes in South Africa: Extensive knowledge of local building regulations and standards.
