Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Manager to supervise and enhance our human resources practices at our Durban office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that our HR approach aligns with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Advise management on HR policies and best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Collaborate with department heads on HR-related support.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR with leadership responsibilities
