We are looking for a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Manager who will play a crucial role in transforming our company's culture. You'll spearhead initiatives aimed at increasing awareness about diversity topics and develop metrics to assess our progress. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain D&I councils and focus groups.
• Identify and mitigate unconscious bias in hiring and promotion processes.
• Conduct surveys to gather employee feedback on diversity initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions to foster talent pipelines.
• Prepare reports and presentations on diversity metrics for management.
• Plan and organize diversity-related events and initiatives.
• Advise on best practices for integration of diversity into all aspects of the company.
• Stay updated on legal aspects and compliance related to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Communication
• Master's degree related to Diversity is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in diversity leadership roles
