Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive Industrial Engineer to enhance operational processes and productivity in our Johannesburg facility. The successful candidate will apply engineering principles to optimize systems, improve quality, reduce costs, and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategies for continuous improvement.
• Analyze production data to support decision-making and enhance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in project management for new initiatives and product launches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
