Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our healthcare team, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to improve the efficiency of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Establish operational policies that comply with healthcare standards.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to improve patient care and service delivery.
  • Manage the facility’s human resources functions, including staff recruitment and training.
  • Monitor compliance with health regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and resolution for patient complaints.
  • Oversee medical records and health information management.
  • Gather and analyze data to report on department performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for medical equipment and inventory.
  • Contribute to financial planning for healthcare operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for services offered.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is acceptable
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is advantageous
