Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Durban. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and diagnose health conditions.
• Manage and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Offer counseling and support for various health issues.
• Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress.
• Actively participate in patient care team meetings.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest level of patient care within the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Certification in a specialized area (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Certifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Certification
