Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
  • Conduct health assessments and develop individualized nursing plans.

  • Advocate for patients' rights and provide emotional support to families.
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technology.
  • Participate in staff development and continuing education opportunities.
  • Assist in emergency procedures when required.
  • Provide mentorship to junior nurses and nursing students.

Requirements

Education
  • Nursing Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience
  • Experience in emergency or intensive care nursing is advantageous.
