Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and be committed to promoting mental wellness. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations.
  • Design and execute treatment modalities for diverse client needs.
  • Collaborate with schools and community organizations for integrated support.
  • Coach clients in coping strategies and life skills.
  • Document clinical interventions and outcomes thoroughly.
  • Engage in public speaking and workshops to destigmatize mental health issues.
  • Stay updated on advancements in psychology and therapy practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
