Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. You will oversee project lifecycles, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring the delivery of exceptional construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Engage with stakeholders to define project needs and expectations.
• Facilitate communication across team members and external partners.
• Manage project changes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final outcomes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare reports.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior project staff.
• Implement continuous improvement practices for project management processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale construction projects
