Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of our upcoming projects in Pretoria. You will play a crucial role in project planning, budget management, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and proficient in risk management to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Review and approve project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to address design issues.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale project management
