• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare budget forecasts and resource allocation plans.
• Participate in research and development projects to innovate solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Masters preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering roles
