Responsibilities

• Develop systems for improving production efficiency across facilities.
• Create plans for new product launches and process changes.
• Foster collaboration between engineering and operations teams.
• Assess compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously monitor and review operational metrics and generate reports.
• Assist in the training and development of junior engineers.
• Serve as a project lead for process innovation efforts.
• Facilitate workshops for process improvement.
• Support the implementation of new technologies within the manufacturing process.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
