Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Veterinarian to provide high-quality care in Pretoria. As part of our team, you will diagnose and treat a variety of animals, educate pet owners, and contribute to overall animal health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct emergency care during clinic hours.
  • Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgeries.
  • Perform routine and specialty surgical procedures.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatments.
  • Lead client education workshops about pet health.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations.
  • Help manage clinic operations and patient flow.
  • Participate in research or clinical studies when applicable.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
  • Postgraduate qualification in Animal Behaviour or similar is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in companion animal practice
