The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online product listings, implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales, and analyzing performance metrics to improve customer experience. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of products to customers.
• Develop training materials for new e-commerce tools and systems.
• Engage in customer feedback sessions to improve service offerings.
• Produce monthly reports detailing sales performance and forecasts.
• Assist in managing budgets for e-commerce marketing initiatives.
• Implement strategies for customer retention and re-engagement.
• Evaluate and recommend new e-commerce technologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Digital Marketing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital advertising

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
