Job Description

As a Wind Energy Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of wind energy sites, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of wind turbines. You will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize site performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple wind energy sites.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Evaluate the performance data from wind turbines and suggest improvements.
• Lead emergency response efforts to any operational failures.
• Ensure environmental compliance in all operational activities.
• Foster a safety-first culture among team members.
• Assist in developing budgets and managing project costs.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in wind energy management preferred.
