• Identify and resolve any project issues that may hinder success.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to review project status.
• Utilize project management software to oversee project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation is completed and maintain project files for future reference.
• Mentor and guide team members through project processes.
• Implement best practices for project management within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
• Master's degree would be an advantage

Experience

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
