Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auditor to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing insightful recommendations to enhance business operations. You will conduct audits to assess the financial status of the company and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audit engagements and supervise junior auditors.
  • Assess the effectiveness of accounting systems and controls.
  • Provide training and support to team members regarding auditing standards.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Accounting is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of auditing experience preferred
