Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Pretoria, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, optimizing sales performance, and implementing promotional strategies to drive store success.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and manage staff performance.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Organize training sessions to enhance staff skills.
• Compile sales and operations reports for management review.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and store policies.
• Work with marketing on in-store promotions.
• Maintain the visual merchandising of the store.
• Develop and manage store budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management with a proven track record
