• Manage all aspects of store operations including staff management.
• Cultivate a positive shopping environment by engaging customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service delivery.
• Monitor sales and inventory management to optimize stock levels.
• Conduct staff training to improve customer service techniques.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.

• Matriculation Certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
• Inventory Management Expertise in managing stock and inventory control.
• Sales Strategy Development Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Functional)
