• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Manage cash control and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Foster a positive team environment to motivate staff.

• Prepare monthly reports on sales and employee performance.
• Engage with customers to build loyalty and retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant retail management certification is a plus
• Customer Service Excellence Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Sales Techniques Skilled in applying effective sales strategies.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams.
• Problem-solving Excellent problem-solving abilities in retail operations.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
