We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Retail Manager to lead our Pretoria store. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of customer service, manage staff, and drive sales to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to achieve sales targets.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor stock levels and manage orders to prevent shortages.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Manage cash control and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Foster a positive team environment to motivate staff.
• Promote store promotions and events through various channels.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales and employee performance.
• Engage with customers to build loyalty and retention.
