We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues, performing surgeries, and providing preventive care. You will work closely with pet owners to educate them on the best practices for their pets' health and well-being. Responsibilities

• Examine animals to diagnose health problems and develop treatment plans.
• Perform surgeries and manage post-operative care for patients.
• Conduct routine vaccinations and preventative health checks for pets.
• Collaborate with team members to provide optimal veterinary care.
• Educate clients on health maintenance, pet nutrition, and preventative care practices.
• Maintain and improve clinic protocols for safety and efficiency.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior veterinary staff and interns.
