Responsibilities
Handle customer service inquiries and assist clients with booking queries.
Monitor transportation schedules and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare and maintain records for transport operations.
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss logistics strategies.
Assist with training new team members on processes and systems.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
2-4 years of experience in logistics or customer service
