Job Description

Join us as a Bookkeeper where you will be responsible for maintaining all financial data and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role entails preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and supporting tax preparation. Your attention to detail will be key in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Manage payroll activities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Track accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Technical Skills
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Excel
Soft Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Time Management
Certifications
  • Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
  • SAIPA Certification is an advantage
Languages
  • English: Fluent
