We are searching for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies for maximizing efficiency and reducing project costs.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly enforced on all job sites.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruptions.
Evaluate new construction techniques and technologies for future projects.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
MBA or similar qualification is a plus
Experience
At least 7 years of experience in construction leadership roles
