Job Description

As a Lodging Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our lodging establishment, ensuring exemplary service is delivered to each guest. Your role includes managing staff, coordinating budgets, and implementing operational policies to improve overall guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the lodging operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with local and national laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive working environment and encourage teamwork among employees.
• Prepare and manage schedules for staff shifts effectively.
• Engage in regular feedback sessions with team members to promote a culture of improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Technical Skills

• Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Point of Sale (POS) Systems

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages
