Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets and supplies.
Conduct regular system check-ups and performance tuning.
Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner.
Participate in IT audits and compliance checks.
Assist in data backups and disaster recovery efforts.
Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Assist with mobile device setup and management.
Requirements
Education
BSc in Computer Science or related field
Relevant IT certifications are a plus

3+ years of experience providing IT support
