Job Description

Join our vibrant Cape Town team as an IT Support Technician. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining our IT systems while providing exceptional service to our internal users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets and supplies.
  • Conduct regular system check-ups and performance tuning.
  • Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Participate in IT audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist in data backups and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Assist with mobile device setup and management.

Requirements

Education
  • BSc in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience providing IT support
