DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team in Centurion. You'll be pivotal in driving our cloud infrastructure improvements and refining our deployment pipelines. If you're passionate about automation and quality improvements, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the automation of deployment processes using Jenkins.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and systems health.
• Integrate security best practices into CI/CD workflows.
• Support the development team with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Drive initiatives to optimize resource usage and reduce costs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps

Technical Skills

• AWS
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• CI/CD Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Team Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiar with Splunk: Experience using Splunk for monitoring and logging.
