Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to implementation.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
• Optimize existing interfaces for better usability and aesthetics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Psychology
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Wireframing

Certifications

• UX Design Institute Professional Diploma
• Interaction Design Foundation Certificates

Languages

• English: Fluent
