Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL Program Coordinator to lead our language instruction teams in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing curriculum, overseeing teachers, and ensuring the linguistic and cultural needs of our students are met. Strong organizational skills and a passion for education are a must.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training strategies that promote employee engagement.
• Assess and monitor training outcomes through various evaluation methods.
• Guide trainees in utilizing insights from training to improve job performance.
• Maintain training records and report on training metrics to management.
• Identify external training providers and liaise with them when necessary.
• Ensure all training materials are up to date and compliant with industry standards.
• Organize training events, workshops, and seminars to foster continuous learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resource Development, or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a training role with a corporate focus

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment

Languages

• English: Fluent
