Job Description

As a Bone Picker, your primary role will involve collecting and sorting bones from various sources, such as butcher shops and slaughterhouses. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong physical stamina to manage the demands of this position.

Responsibilities

• Handle bones carefully to prevent damage during collection and transportation.
• Prepare and clean workspaces after daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of collected materials and report discrepancies.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep updated with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• No specific experience required; however, experience in similar physical/manual labor roles is advantageous.
