As our Warehouse Manager in Cape Town, you'll be at the forefront of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include managing teams, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team in achieving operational goals and KPIs.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the warehouse operations.
• Develop training programs for new and existing staff on best practices.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize freight and transportation costs.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and compliance to company policies.
• Prepare budget forecasts for warehouse operations and monitor expenditures.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation related to warehouse activities and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Logistics certification is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management

• Warehouse Management Systems

Languages
