Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient examinations, managing medical records, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Assist patients with mobility and comfort during visits.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and reorder when necessary.
• Assist in health screenings and follow-up appointments.
• Contribute to a supportive and friendly patient environment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Regularly update patient information and medical history.
• Perform ECGs and other diagnostic tests as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Medical Assisting is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years in a clinical setting

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• English: Fluent
