Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices, and will be responsible for designing and implementing projects that reduce environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes.
• Design and implement efficient systems and workflows.
• Conduct time studies and data analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimise workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes.
• Assist in the development of cost-reduction strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in an industrial engineering role
