UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Stellenbosch. You will be pivotal in crafting intuitive user experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, and prototyping, and a passion for creating user-centric designs.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Iterate on designs based on user insights and testing.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and target users.
• Mentor junior UX designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Engage with clients to gather insights and feedback.
• Create usability documentation for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Lean UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
