Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to define user requirements and aspirations.
• Ensure designs are achievable within technical constraints.
• Mentor junior designers and support their professional development.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HCI or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX and UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Usability Testing

• Critical Thinking
• Presentation Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG guidelines to ensure products are accessible.
• Experience with design systems: Familiarity with maintaining and creating design systems for consistency.
